Chai Machine Lease Agreement

This agreement can be used for Chai Hai Chai Machine Model (3300-3SVM) of 3 canisters.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or a pdf format or in respect to the Service and refunds constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

We at Rex Distribution, does not sell or share customers information with any agencies or institutions.

If you use a password to access the Sites or any portion of it, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and for restricting access to the device you use to access the Sites, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account or with your password. In the event that the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any manner, you will notify Rex Distribution Inc. immediately. 

Rex Distribution reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Sites and your account, including without limitation, terminating your account, changing your password or to request information to authorize transactions on your account. Notwithstanding the above, Rex Distribution may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your account or using your password and in no event will Rex Distribution be held liable to you for any costs, liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of Rex Distribution under this provision, (ii) any compromise of the confidentiality of your account or password, and (iii) any unauthorized access to your account or use of your password. We do not sell customers information to agencies or any third parties.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds- Risk Free 

Rex Distribution accept returns on certain merchandise. We guarantee you with full satisfaction on every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price*, with the following exceptions:

  • Any Equipment or Machinery items: Rex Distribution Inc. will accept returns within 7 days from the date the customers received the equipment or machineries. Return details will vary by carrier service contract.
  • Rex Distribution service representatives are available to assist with technical support and warranty information for many of the products above. Please Contact
  • Products with a limited useful and shelf life expectancy may be sold with a product-specific limited warranty.
  • We don’t take returns on groceries and critical shelf life products. 
  • Special order and custom made equipments and products: Custom product(s) manufactured to our client’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications.
  • No Returns or refunds-are accepted on any products or machinery supplied by Rex Distribution if there is a physical damage to a product(s) or intentionally damaged product(s).
  • Prior to refund our return management team will diagnose and carefully check the product(s) with a brief purpose of return mentioned to us. We check the condition of a product or machinery (minor wear and tear accepted for unpacking and packaging) and then refund your full amount based on criteria mentioned by you. If these criteria is not met then we will not refund the full amount. 
  • Any returns after the specific date mentioned will be charged from their refunds and the client has to return the product with their own shipping cost. 
  • Refund will take 5-10 business days and will be refunded to the client’s chequing or savings account by cheque or bank transfer.

FedEx/Canada Post Delivery Services – Standard delivery provides a door* delivery. This service does not include set up, assembly of items or removal of packaging materials or insurance from the shippers side. 

Please note once the items ships, you will receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s Website for more information on your delivery. 

Your Courier delivery cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time. Courier Standard deliveries are delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m, Monday through Friday. Delivery hours may be extended during peak holiday times. 

If Courier attempts to deliver an order and there is no one home, the driver may do a Driver Release and leave the shipment for you unless a signature is required. It is up to the discretion of the driver to leave it at the door or not. If the driver does not leave the order, then they will leave an Info Notice. 

Courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If they are unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to the shipper. 

Multiple boxes or bulk and volume purchases may not deliver on the same day. Please verify tracking information for individual box delivery status. * Door delivery with the exception of some very remote communities where the package may be held for pick up

We also recommend to unload the skid at a place where unloading dock is available. Additional charges for tailgate per skid*
