How do I place an Order?

If you already found something you love? Follow the steps below to place an order. 1. Add to Cart To add an item to your cart, select    on the product page.   2. Review Shopping Cart After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, colour, and quantity by selecting   at the top of any page on redistribution.ca.   3. Proceed to Checkout When you are ready to order, select the green   button located in your shopping cart.   4. Account Login   * Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account. * New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. For assistance setting up your account, click here. Or, click Checkout as Guest.    5. Enter a Billing Address Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution.   6. Enter a Shipping Address If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box.   7. Payment Information Select your method of payment. View acceptable payment methods here. If you have a Promotion Code or Gift Card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code or Gift card number. If your gift card or promotional code does not calculate, view our Coupon and Promotional Code Help page.  At this time, you can only use ONE method of payment per order 8. Select Delivery & Gift Options Review your order, change shipping options if necessary and add a message to be sent to the recipient once the order ships if it is being sent as a gift.   9. Submit Order   * Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order. * Do not click "Submit Order Now" more than once, or the system will duplicate your order. * An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number. * We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you. How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How can I cancel my order online Please be noticed that orders only can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour after being placed. If you want  to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@rexdistribution.ca to send your request, our customer support team is willing to support you. Please note: If your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it, therefore, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible.  If you insist to cancel/modify a processing order, you might be charged 50% the payment and if your order was shipped out already, nothing can be changed any longer.

How Do I Track My Order?

In footer menu, check "Order Tracking" tab. If, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.

How Can I Return a Product?

Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Rex Distribution accept returns on certain merchandise. We guarantee you with full satisfaction on every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price*, with the following exceptions: * Any Equipment or Machinery items: Rex Distribution Inc. will accept returns within 7 days from the date the customers received the equipment or machineries. Return details will vary by carrier service contract. * Rex Distribution service representatives are available to assist with technical support and warranty information for many of the products above. Please Contact info@rexdistribution.ca * Products with a limited useful and shelf life expectancy may be sold with a product-specific limited warranty. * We don’t take returns on groceries and critical shelf life products. * Special order and custom made equipments and products: Custom product(s) manufactured to our client’s personal and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications. * No Returns or refunds-are accepted on any products or machinery supplied by Rex Distribution if there is a physical damage to a product(s) or intentionally damaged product(s). * Prior to refund our return management team will diagnose and carefully check the product(s) with a brief purpose of return mentioned to us. We check the condition of a product or machinery (minor wear and tear accepted for unpacking and packaging) and then refund your full amount based on criteria mentioned by you. If these criteria is not met then we will not refund the full amount. * Any returns after the specific date mentioned will be charged from their refunds and the client has to return the product with their own shipping cost. * Refund will take 5-10 business days and will be refunded to the client’s chequing or savings account by cheque or bank transfer. Please note: No Returns/Refunds on any type of machines.
