Our local warranty on parts and labour covers Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario and Surrey, British Columbia only.
Warranty covers 6 months of manufacturing parts warranty on all the machine models purchased through us only.
This warranty covers all defects in materials parts inside the machine and not the external body. A warranty after service of 6 months will apply only to parts replaced during repairs which is upto 90 days.
We provide after sales services across other province in Canada and USA through service videos and video calls only.
Machine parts can be purchased through our exclusive parts shop for our equipments. We provide end to end training on how to diagnose the issue and replace the part(s).
Local-deliveries within GTA,ON and Surrey,BC available without charge. We ship via FedEx across Canada and USA. Overnight express delivery services available with extra charges.
The machine parts and transportation cost from our location 87 Thornmount Dr #31, Scarborough, ON M1B 5S5 be charged in addition to fixed service cost for after 6 months warranty on services, parts and labor.
An additional charge of 15% will be added for parts opened by unauthorized persons.
Warranty on machines does not cover problems arising from accidental damage, wrong power voltage, negligence, power surge, water or fire, improper ventilation, pest, misuse or any cause that is beyond the control of our service team and company.
Fixed Service Cost (Greater Toronto Area, ON and Surrey, BC surrounding areas only) after warranty.

Our customers may also purchase our Extended Warranty Plan (EWP) for the services where all parts of the machine are covered under warranty.

SAME DAY SERVICE CHARGES FOR DELIVERY OR REPAIRS
“IF” possible for the our service department to perform same day service an additional charges will apply. Requiring service must contact before 1pm.
